At LoveNapo, we are dedicated to ensuring that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we want to make the return or exchange process as simple and stress-free as possible. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your options.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to give you the opportunity to return your purchase if it doesn’t meet your expectations. To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the following conditions are met:
- Condition of the Item: The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. Shoes should not show any signs of wear, scuffing, or damage. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original box or packaging to ensure they are not damaged during the return process.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase must be provided with the return.

We will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return authorization. Once the return has been approved, please send the item back to the address provided.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. If the new item is in stock, we will process your exchange and ship the new item at no additional shipping charge. If the item you want to exchange for is unavailable, we will offer you a full refund or assist you in selecting a different item.
To request an exchange, simply reach out to our customer service team with your order details and the item you wish to exchange. We’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refund Details:
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
- Processing Fees: In the case of returns or exchanges, any processing or restocking fees may apply, depending on the nature of the return.
- Sale and Discounted Items: Items purchased at a discounted price or marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please carefully review product details before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping fees, if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift Cards: All gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Shipping
